This information is collected via communication with you in person or through platforms such as telephone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or other messaging services. We collect and use this data solely for the purpose of providing talent management services as outlined in the Talent Representation Agreement between you and Omni TMG.

What happens if I don’t provide the requested information?

You have the right to update or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

However, failure to provide the necessary information or requesting erasure may limit our ability to:

  • Provide the agreed services; and/or

  • Process and remit payments in line with the Talent Representation Agreement.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share your personal information with relevant third parties when necessary to fulfil our services to you. For example, to secure partnerships, facilitate payments, or meet contractual obligations.

Where applicable, your data may be transferred internationally, including outside the UK, where required for service delivery or with your prior agreement.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our obligations under the Talent Representation Agreement or as required by applicable law.
